- 1 bunch fresh parsley, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/3 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
