  • 1 lemon, zested and juiced
  • 1/2 cup onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup diced red apple (such as Jazz™)
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced Belgian endive
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon celery salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions :

  • Pat tuna steaks dry. Cut across the grain into thin slices; cut slices into smaller pieces.
