  • 1 tablespoon dried rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon dried basil

Instructions :

  • Combine salt, pepper, paprika, steak seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, Cajun spice, thyme, rosemary, and basil in a container with an airtight lid.

Notes :

  • Drizzle some olive oil over the piece of beef or prime rib and rub the seasoning all over. Bake at 225 degrees F (110 degrees C) until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 118 degrees F (48 degrees C).
